Shipping Policy
At Dr Adams Aesthetics, we aim to ensure your order reaches you quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Below you will find all the details about how we ship within the UK and internationally.
UK Shipping
- Carriers: Our primary delivery partner is DPD, with whom we hold a dedicated pharma account. This gives our shipments high priority status and ensures they receive special attention during handling and transit.
In certain circumstances, we may use Royal Mail or other trusted carriers if more suitable for your delivery.
Delivery Times

- Next Day Delivery: Available for items in stock, if your order is placed before our daily dispatch cut-off. Please check with our team for availability
- 2–3 Working Days: For items not immediately in stock or requiring additional preparation.
- For time-sensitive or bulk orders, we recommend speaking directly with one of our Customer Success Managers, who can provide precise delivery timelines.
- Order Tracking & Signature
All UK deliveries include full tracking and, due to our pharma account with DPD, every delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Parcels cannot be left outside, in gardens, in “safe places,” or with neighbours. This ensures the safe handling and integrity of our goods at all times.
International Shipping
- Carriers
We work with leading global logistics providers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and EMS. The chosen carrier may vary depending on your destination, order size, or specific delivery requirements. - Delivery Times
Please allow up to 15 working days for international deliveries, though most arrive sooner. Customs processes and local courier handling can extend delivery times. - Shipping Costs
Charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination country. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. - Customs & Import Duties
- All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs procedures vary by country and may occasionally cause delays.
- Dr Adams Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for any charges or delays resulting from local customs authorities.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Where we have stock on the ground, orders are typically dispatched the same day (if placed before our daily cut-off) or within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.
- For items not immediately in stock, dispatch will usually take 2-3 working days unless otherwise advised.
- All parcels are securely packaged to protect sensitive products during transit.
- For refrigerated or cold-chain products (if applicable), additional measures are taken to maintain product integrity.
Damaged, Delayed or Missing Orders
- If your order is damaged in transit, or an item appears to be missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographs of the packaging/products so we can investigate quickly.
- If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment or refund as appropriate.
Returns for International Orders
- Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty or supplied in error.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless otherwise agreed).
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to request a return authorisation.
- Please ensure returned items are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on customs declarations to avoid unnecessary duties.
- Cold chain products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
