3.⁠ ⁠*Pack and Ship:* Securely pack the items in their original packaging, and include the order reference next to the company name in where you add the address. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
4.⁠ ⁠*Inspection and Processing:* Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them. If the return meets our criteria, we will process a refund or replacement within 10 business days.

•⁠ ⁠*Shipping Costs:* For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
•⁠ ⁠*Customs and Duties:* Customers should ensure that returned items are marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
