Yes we deliver internationally, except for Saudi Arabia. It is the person placing the orders responsibility to check with local customs for any prohibited / banned items in the destination area.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products from a number of vetted and trusted suppliers both within the UK and also Europe. We are a UKAS ISO 9001:2015 certified company, this means we have strict policies and procedures to adhere to when selecting our suppliers. If you would like us to confirm the product origin, please contact us and let us know which product in particular you would like to know the origin for.

I would like to know how to use a product, or which needles to use for certain products.

As this would be classed as clinical advice, we are unable to suggest which needles would be best to use. I would recommend reaching out to your training provider for support, or alternatively, you could reach out to the product manufacturer for a recommendation.

Are your products authentic and high-quality?

As a UKAS ISO 9001:2015 certified business, we pride ourselves on quality of service and product, meaning we have strict policies and procedures to adhere to, including making sure products are sourced directly from the manufacturer(s) or indeed trusted distributors.

Where are you based? Do you have a physical store?

While we have an office located in central London, we do not have a physical store for walk-in purchasing.

Is Profhilo an authentic product with or without hologram?

As a business, we work to strict guidelines in line with UKAS ISO 9001:2015 certification, and we pride ourselves on quality of service and product, whilst having strict policies and procedures to adhere to.

IBSA Derma (IBSA Farmaceutici) the Profhilo manufacturer, manufacture both the hologram, and non-hologram option. Ours, like the majority in the UK, are non-hologram. The product itself is exactly the same, as the hologram option.

Please note, what looks like a QR code on non-hologram Profhilo, is indeed a UDI code / data matrix code, which you can scan with UDI Code / data matrix code scanner such as “Scandit” (if you download the Scandit app, open the app and click the “any code” option, it will find it easily). 100’s of small to large clinics nationally (including chains such as Therapié) and internationally, in addition to wholesalers and KOL’s / influencers purchase this line.

We also distribute the non-hologram option for Wellbeing Pharmacy via our ePrescription site, and as a pharmacy, it goes without saying they will only process prescriptions and distribute authentic products.

Our aim is to give every customer the same high level of customer service, and we therefore appreciate your needs, and will always do what we can to meet and exceed those expectations through investment in research & development, to give you the best quality of service and products

In summary, they are exactly the same product, packaged the same, both ran on the same production lines, with no difference. The hologram’s and QR codes are manually added by HA Derma (not IBSA Derma) in their warehouse when the stock they distribute arrives with them in the UK. A reminder that HA Derma is just a distributor (not to be confused with IBSA Derma, IBSA Farmaceutici; the Profhilo manufacturer). HA Derma is a distributor, where IBSA Derma (the manufacturer) manufactures the product without a hologram or QR code. Both are the genuine product manufactured by IBSA Derma (IBSA Farmaceutici), without the increased price of the HA Derma distributed option.

You will notice that the Profhilo packaging on the IBSA Derma (IBSA Farmaceutici) website, also doesn’t have the hologram or QR code showing (see link below), that Profhilo doesn’t leave the manufacturer with these stickers added:
